“Being bullied is one of the worst things i have ever experienced besides my autism.
As a result of being bullied during my elementary school period I wrote this song as a form of therapy, unfortunately it never got out of my head. Although i was treated with professional therapy.
I hope it will help other children who are being bullied today!”

Op 20 mei 2022 released zanger/rapper, schrijver en Talentcoach Rivelino Rigters aka Blackrockstar zijn eerste volledig Nederlandstalige album BLOEDBAND. Dit album bevat rauwe maar echte en authentieke songs over relaties- in en uit detentie. Deze songs zijn de soundtrack op de verhalen die hij heeft opgeschreven in zijn gelijknamige boek dat vorig jaar is uitgekomen. Op dit bijzondere en inspirerende album werkt hij samen met niet de minste gast-artiesten waaronder Candy Dulfer die samen heeft gewerkt met oa Prince en Beyonce, Shirma Rouse die bekend is van oa Ladies of Soul, Rocks van legendarische rapgroep THC, waar hij tevens ook mee samenwerkt in jeugdgevangenissen. Ook rapt mee, een van zijn eerste talenten Kami-kazi en Pearl Jozefzoon die onder andere bekend is van Dreamgirls de musical en 2e werd bij The Voice. Afgelopen week won Rigters ook 2 awards op het 1e Euro Christian Music Festival in Turijn, de gospelvariant op het Eurovisie Songfestival. Hij won daar de prijs voor “Best Performance” en “Runner-up Festival Winnaar”.

Written, performed and produced by Ruben and Matthijs, and mixed by Dave Bascombe (Depeche Mode, Tears For Fears, Erasure), ‘Comme Ça’ is an affecting slice of new wave – replacing digitally produced sounds for analog synths and drum machine samples. Disconcerting and complex, speaking further about the track they say “Creating this track felt like telling a story, giving the listener a sort of ominous feeling each time. Taking the song from the demo to the final product took various steps. We can’t really recall in what order we did things, we were mainly sailing on intuition.”
“The song is about experiencing a disconnect with current society. The girl is being used as a metaphor for society as a whole. There is a sense of absolute loneliness. Not being able to connect with anyone on any level – but then somehow accepting that and drawing energy from it, symbolised in the energy of the music.”

Paul Dillon is a solo artist from Portumna, Co. Galway, Ireland and has played with bands such as ‘Starve the Barber’ & ‘The Suicidal Dufflecoats’ & is currently a member of ‘The Greeting’ & now pMad.
During the pandemic Paul collaborated with Protonaut Studio(Germany) & Elith Mastering Labs (Mexico) & without ever being in the same room together created ‘Broken’ and his album which is due for release later in 2022.
pMad’s third single release ‘Broken’ is a mix of pMad’s vision of the times we are in, with vocals & lyrics to redeem us all, along with a sonic intensity that is both equally dark and uplifting, while ultimately leaving you with a feeling of hope!
pMad is ‘Broken’ in some form or another, just like everybody else. Knowing and understanding that we are all ‘Broken’ & being comfortable with that is the way to save ourselves.
